At Rogue Threads, we take pride in the quality of our products and printing. Each item is custom-made using professional-grade equipment and materials.

While we do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect orders placed by customers, we stand behind our work and are committed to correcting legitimate issues.

We guarantee satisfaction in the following cases only:

  • The item received is materially different from what was ordered

  • There is a verified manufacturing defect (misprint, damage, poor-quality print)

  • The wrong item, color, size, or design was sent due to a production error by Rogue Threads

If you believe there is an issue with your order, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. Claims submitted outside of this window may not be honored.

To submit a claim, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item

  • A description of the issue

Upon review, we may offer a replacement at no charge. All replacements are subject to approval and will match the original order. No refunds will be issued.

What is not covered under this guarantee:

  • Sizing issues based on customer selection

  • Spelling, names, or numbers entered incorrectly by the customer

  • Minor production variations within standard tolerances

  • Changes of mind or personal dissatisfaction unrelated to quality

We reserve the right to refuse claims that do not meet the criteria above.
