After your order is produced, we'll send a notification when it's ready for pickup. Please do not arrive before receiving confirmation. Pickup hours are Monday-Friday, 9AM-5PM (closed weekends and holidays).
Turnaround time varies based on mockup approval, item availability, and print queue. Standard production + pickup is guaranteed within 10 business days from order approval.
