You can create and buy custom products, save and share designs, and set up team stores. Just don't abuse the tools or services - common sense goes a long way.
"We make cool stuff. You bring the ideas, we bring the heat press."
You must be 18 or older, or 13+ with a parent's permission. Kids under 13, sorry - no printing just yet.
"If you’re still using your mom’s email, check with her first."
You're responsible for how you use our services and for any content you upload. Don't do anything illegal, offensive, or shady. We reserve the right to shut down access if you break the rules.
"Keep it clean, keep it yours. We don’t babysit, but we do ban."
No spamming, hacking, ripping off designs, impersonating others, or uploading anything offensive. Rogue Threads has a zero-tolerance policy for that.
"Rogue doesn’t do shady. Break the rules, and you’re out."
We collect only what we need to run the shop. For details, check our Privacy Policy below.
"No creepy tracking. We just wanna print your stuff and move on."
We can revoke access at any time if you violate our terms. You can stop using the site at any time - no contract, no drama.
"No contracts. No drama. Just don’t give us a reason to pull the plug."
This agreement is governed by the laws and jurisdiction Jackson County, Oregon. Any disputes will be handled in Jackson County, Oregon Courts.
"You’re rollin’ with Rogue, so it’s Oregon rules — plaid shirts optional."
We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by third-party carriers. Once your order leaves our shop, it's in their hands. If something goes wrong, we'll help file a claim - but we don't issue automatic refunds or replacements unless it's a manufacturing issue.
"We’ll go to bat for you — but once it leaves our shop, it’s in the wild."
All items are sold "as-is." We don't provide warranties beyond manufacturer defect claims. Rogue Threads is not liable for color shifts, user-uploaded artwork issues, or third-party product failures.
"We don’t do fluff warranties — just real quality and real talk."
You own your artwork - but by uploading to our site, you give us permission to print it and show it for promotional use unless you say otherwise. Don't upload stolen or copyrighted material you don't own. That's on you.
"Your art stays yours unless you tell us otherwise. But don’t steal — karma’s a beast."
We do our best to deliver quality gear on time, but we're not liable for indirect damages or lost profits. Our liability is limited to the value of the products purchased. Fair is fair.
