We stand behind every custom product we make. If there's a mistake on our end, we'll make it right - no excuses. If you're not satisfied with your order due to a production error, let us know and we'll replace or refund it.

You'll receive digital mockups within 48 hours of placing your order. Production doesn't begin until you approve them. If you delay approval, your delivery date will be delayed by one business day for each day you wait.
"Quick replies = faster tees."
All custom orders are nonrefundable. Changes to style, color, or quantity are not allowed after placing an order. If changes are absolutely necessary, a 35% restocking fee and a 7-day production delay will apply.
"Custom means just for you — and that means we print exactly what you approve."
We follow industry-standard tolerances. Print is considered in spec if it's within 1" from mockup placement in any direction.
"A little wiggle room keeps things running smooth."
You can bring in your own garments and we'll print on them. However, if anything goes wrong during the process, Rogue Threads will not be responsible for replacing the item.
"We recommend bringing extras — just in case."
Inspect your order before leaving the shop. Once it leaves our hands, we are not liable for:

Unless previously discussed, a 50% deposit is required before we begin any work, including mockups. Delivery dates are delayed one day for every day the deposit is unpaid. ⚠️ All deposits are nonrefundable.
