We start with blank Hydbond patch stock in a variety of shapes, colors, and finishes. Your design is etched into the patch using our Class 3 laser system, burning in fine details with incredible precision.

Once engraved, patches can be heat-bonded to almost any surface — including hats, beanies, bags, backpacks, and even garments (like shirt sleeves or hems) for subtle custom touches. No stitching required.
