🛑 Custom Orders are Final

Everything we print is custom-made just for you - so we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color preference, or change of mind.

"You break it, you bought it. Or in this case — you approved it, we printed it."

🔧 Defects and Printing Errors

If something shows up wrong due to a manufacturer defect or our mistake, let us know within 7 days of delivery.

Email us Here with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

We'll replace or refund - your call.

"Hey, we're human. If we mess up, we’ll own it."

🧵 BYO Garments

We'll print on garments you bring in - but if anything goes wrong, we are not liable. BYO items are printed at your own risk.

We recommend bringing extras just in case.

"We’ll try not to toast your tee, but hey — BYO means BYO-Risk."

🚚 Shipping Issues

Once it leaves our shop, it's in the carrier's hands. We'll help where we can, but we're not responsible for:

  • Lost or Delayed Packages
  • Stolen Deliveries
  • Wrong addresses at checkout

"We ship fast — after that, it’s in the shipping gods’ hands."

🚫 Unauthorized Returns

Don't send anything back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may be refused or discarded.

"Don't go rogue on the returns — talk to us first."
