Everything we print is custom-made just for you - so we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, color preference, or change of mind.
"You break it, you bought it. Or in this case — you approved it, we printed it."
If something shows up wrong due to a manufacturer defect or our mistake, let us know within 7 days of delivery.

We'll print on garments you bring in - but if anything goes wrong, we are not liable. BYO items are printed at your own risk.
We recommend bringing extras just in case.

Once it leaves our shop, it's in the carrier's hands. We'll help where we can, but we're not responsible for:
"We ship fast — after that, it’s in the shipping gods’ hands."
Don't send anything back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may be refused or discarded.
