RETURNS & EXCHANGES – AFFILIATE & FUNDRAISING STORES
Effective: July 2025

All products sold through Affiliate and Fundraising stores are custom printed on demand. For this reason, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizes ordered

  • Customer-provided spelling or personalization errors

  • Color or style preferences

  • General dissatisfaction or buyer’s remorse

The only exceptions are cases where:

  • A product was misprinted, damaged, or defective upon arrival

  • An incorrect item was shipped due to an error by Rogue Threads

To report an issue, you must contact Rogue Threads within 7 days of delivery. Include:

  • A description of the problem

  • One or more clear photos of the item

  • Your order number

If a replacement is approved, we will produce and ship a corrected item at no additional cost. Claims submitted after the 7-day window may not be honored.

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances unless required by law. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
