SHIPPING POLICY – AFFILIATE & FUNDRAISING STORES
Effective: July 2025

All items sold through Affiliate and Fundraising stores are custom made-to-order and shipped by Rogue Threads using standard third-party carriers. Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout through our integrated system.

PRODUCTION TIME
Orders typically ship within 5–10 business days. Production times may vary depending on order volume and campaign schedules. We do not guarantee ship-by or delivery dates.

SHIPPING RATES
Shipping costs are calculated in real time at checkout using live rates through ShipStation. These rates are based on package size, weight, and destination.

LOCAL PICKUP
Local pickup is available for all Affiliate and Fundraising store orders. If you prefer to pick up your order in person, select the Local Pickup option during checkout. You will be notified via email when your order is ready.

Pickup hours will be included in your order confirmation email or posted on the store page if applicable.

DELIVERY
You will receive a tracking number once your order ships. Delivery times vary by carrier and location.

Rogue Threads is not responsible for:

  • Delivery delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Lost or stolen packages after shipment

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Carrier errors or transit-related damage

CLAIMS AND DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item is defective or the wrong item was shipped due to our error, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photo(s) showing the problem

If your claim is approved, we will send a corrected item at no additional charge.

SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
