TERMS AND CONDITIONS – AFFILIATE & FUNDRAISING STORES
Effective: July 2025

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through any Affiliate or Fundraising store operated under Rogue Threads via the DecoNetwork platform. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below. In the event of any conflict between these terms and any terms stated on the affiliate storefront, Rogue Threads’ Terms and Conditions shall take precedence.

1. ORDER POLICY
All products sold through affiliate and fundraising stores are considered custom-made and produced specifically for each order. All sales are final.
Orders cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded once submitted.

2. CUSTOM TEXT, NAMES, AND NUMBERS
If products include personalization (such as names, numbers, or other custom text), the information entered by the customer at checkout is considered final.
Rogue Threads is not responsible for errors, typos, or misspellings submitted by the customer. No refunds or replacements will be issued for personalization mistakes made during ordering.

3. RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY
Returns and exchanges are only accepted for manufacturing defects.
To request a replacement:

  • You must notify Rogue Threads within 7 days of delivery.

  • Photo evidence of the defect is required.

  • Rogue Threads will review the claim and determine if a replacement is warranted.

Unauthorized or unapproved returns may be refused or discarded without notice. We do not provide refunds for:

  • Sizing issues

  • Color variations

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Minor production tolerances

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping is handled via third-party carriers. Rogue Threads is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage once the product has left our facility. In cases of carrier error, we will assist in filing a claim but do not guarantee resolution or replacement.

5. WEBSITE USE AND CONDUCT
Users must not:

  • Upload or submit offensive, defamatory, or illegal content

  • Attempt to hack, duplicate, or interfere with the platform

  • Engage in spamming, impersonation, or abuse

  • Misrepresent affiliations or make claims on behalf of Rogue Threads

Violations may result in termination of service and potential legal action.

6. PRIVACY
We collect limited data necessary to fulfill orders and operate our services. By using an affiliate or fundraising store, you consent to this collection and our use of that data as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
All products are sold as-is with no warranties except in cases of verified manufacturing defect. Rogue Threads does not guarantee perfect color matching, print placement, or sizing.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Rogue Threads’ liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We are not liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including lost profits or reputational loss.

9. TERMINATION OF SERVICE
We reserve the right to deny service or cancel orders at our discretion if misuse, abuse, or policy violations are suspected.

10. GOVERNING LAW
All transactions and disputes are governed by the laws of Jackson County, Oregon. Any legal action must be brought in the courts located within this jurisdiction.
